职位描述
Responsibilities/Tasks
职责/任务
1. Bookkeeping (Cash, bank and related accounts which is related to AR income, AR);
簿记（现金，银行以及相关科目中的应收款收入，应收款）；
2. Properly maintain customer master files in ERP system and keep documents of edits.
维护ERP系统中的客户主文件，归档更新；
3. Contact with sales department, prepare monthly AR/OR statement, reconcile with clients;
协同销售部与客户对帐；
4. Assist to design and execute the credit control system;
协助（财务经理）设计和执行信用控制系统；
5. Prepare sales report and other reports (monthly and quarterly); Age analysis to AR and Closely follow up on all overdue balances;
准备销售分析报告和其他报告（月度和季度）以及对应收帐进行帐龄分析，并跟踪所有过期账户；
6. Generate and print sales invoices;
开立和打印内外销发票；
7. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and address all unreconciled items timely;
准备月度银行余额调节表，及时处理差异项；
8. Complete monthly closing for AR including reconcile with GL, provision for doubtful debts, accrual for rebates etc;
完成每月月底AR结帐工作，包括同总帐核对一致，坏帐准备和销售佣金的计提等。
9. Making effective evaluation of terms and conditions of sales contracts to identity and address potential contract risk;
执行有效的销售合同的评审，防止可能的合同风险；
10.According to the requirements from EHS meeting in this Company, "EHS first" shall be known to this position;
根据公司EHS会议的要求，该职位的员工应了解“环境健康安全第一”的公司要求；
11.Other tasks required by Finance Manager.
其他财务经理安排的工作。
Education background, relevant professional skills
岗位所需学历及相关专业技能
1. Graduate in accounting or finance subject (College or University);
会计或财务相关专业毕业（专科或本科）；
2. 2 years plus related working experience in MNC;
两年以上制造业相关工作经验；
3. Good written and spoken English;
英文书面和口头良好；
4. Good command of Office application and ERP knowledge preferred.
熟练运用办公软件，有ERP应用经验者优先。
