职位描述：
- 了解掌握各部门蓝领员工的用人需求，制定招聘年度计划、月度招聘计划等； Grasp the blue-collar workers’ headcount plan and make the recruitment planning by yearly and monthly;
- 根据招聘计划，审核用人部门的招聘需求并提出修改意见，报批准。并将结果反馈给用人部门。负责与用人部门一起完善各职位描述； According to the recruitment plan, check and modify to have the right application for approval and give feedback to the related dept. Be responsible to improve the JD with related department;
- 合理构建招聘渠道，完善招聘流程，并与其（不仅限于专业人力资源网站、学校、职业介绍所、广告媒介等）建立、保持相应的沟通，以确保招聘信息的有效发布和传播实施招聘工作，发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、安排并与部门经理一起参与面试，评估候选人并提供面试报告； Build and improve recruitment channel and process. Keep communication with suppliers to ensure the recruitment information was published efficiently. Publish needs and select suitable resumes, arrange interview with line manager and provide their interview report;
- 鉴别候选人员的材料及证书，并及时将应聘人员信息输入人才库，维护人才储备库； Check and verify candidate’s, certificate, and put their information into the talent pool;
- 蓝领员工录用通知书的签订； In charge of offer letter of blue-collar workers;
- 协助工厂人力资源同事准备员工入职材料，并将相关的薪资福利信息提供给人力资源共享中心； Assist HRBP to prepare new comer’s materials, and provide the related compensation and benefits information to HR SSC;
- 每月统计蓝领员工的入职率及流失率并分析原因。 Statistics the hiring rate and turnover rate of blue-collar workers every month and analyze the reasons.
- 根据公司管理体系的要求，配合审核、改进行动；According to company management system requirements, cooperate to audit, improvement action;
- 办公室5S自我管理；Office self-management of 5S;
- 领导交办的其它工作。Deal with other tasks asked by team leader. 举报 分享
