QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格

1. University degree in Mechanical Engineering
本科学历，机械工程类专业。

2. Three (3) – five (5) years’ experience in automotive industry, with minimum one (1) – two (2) years experience in stamping or roll forming product manufacturing.
3~5年汽车行业工作经验，至少1~2年冲压或者滚压成型相关加工经验。

3. Good time keeping skill, organizational and communicational skills both verbal and written.
具有良好的时间观念、组织和沟通能力。

4. Hand-on experience and good understanding of APQP, TS 16949, QS9000, FMEA, FEA, VE/VA, DOE, Advanced GD&T and continuous improvement tools.
具有良好的动手能力，同时深刻理解APQP、TS16949、QS9000、FMEA、FEA、VE/VA、DOE、形位公差以及持续改进的一些工具。

5. Good computer skills (Office sofeware, CAD, Solidworks).
能熟练运用办公软件和绘图软件（如Office 软件、CAD、Solidworks等）。

6. Able to communicate in both written and spoken in Chinese and in English.
中英文读写流利。


Duties and Responsibilities职责

1. Maintain and follow engineering practices and systems.
维护并遵守工程要求和工程体系。

2. Provide advice and support customer, quality, tooling and maintenance personnel as requested.
根据需求，对客户、质量、模具和维修部门人员提供建议和支持。

3. Ensure that all deadlines are met as per customer request.
确保所有的时间节点满足客户要求。
4. Assist Program Manager in process design and customer satisfaction through timely response to customer requests.
协助项目经理设计工艺流程并且及时响应客户的要求。

5. Work with Program Manager to ensure the process is suitable for application, is functional, practical and ergonomically sound.
和项目经理一起协作以保证工艺过程符合实际应用，有效并且满足人机功效的要求。

6. Responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of design, development and program management. This includes, but is not limited to, design reviews, manufacturing feasibility and process reviews, tooling and gauging reviews.
负责协调设计、过程改进和项目管理的所有问题，包括但不限于设计方案评审、制造的可行性以及工艺过程和工装量检具的评审。

7. Review program open issues as assigned, oversee program status and assist in supplier development.
回顾项目存在的问题，监督项目状态并且协助供应商开发。

8. Act as liaison with customer and ensures customer satisfaction by delivering smooth product launch on time and within budget.
与客户紧密联系，确保在预算范围内按时完成产品开发以提高客户满意度。

9. Provide support to other business areas on all aspects of engineering issues and program related matters.
为其它业务领域提供工程及项目相关问题的支持。

10. Provide guidance and enforcement on engineering documentation maintenance and update.
指导和施行工艺文件的编制和更新。

11. Conduct capacity reviews and cycle time reviews.
主导产能和节拍时间的审查。

12. Search out and implement new technologies and Continuous Improvement opportunities in manufacturing process field.
寻求并实施新技术手段以持续改进生产过程。

13. Support Quality Department to meet GQS requirement.
支持质量部达到GQS要求。

14. Support Mafact Department to meet Mafact requirement.
协助Mafact部门达到Mafact体系的要求。

15. Other duties as may be assigned by the Engineering Manager or Chief Engineer.
