？ -Implement corporate internal control system in legal entity
？ -Unify and standardization plant process
？ -Improve internal process
？ -Internal Audit
Compliance
？ -E-Learning System Management
？ -Implement corporate compliance guideline and follow up
？ -Compliance Training & Support
Risk Management
？ -Follow corporate risk management requirement
？ -Risk assessment
？ -Risk reporting
Insurance Management
？ -Management of Company Insurance (Property, Business Interruption, Transportation, Employer’s Liability, etc.)
？ -Daily Insurance Operation and Coordination
Others
？ -Projects support, such as company restructure, establishment of new Legal entity, M&A, and etc.
？ -Administration of company legal documents
？ -Other assignments from Management

Requirements:
-University (bachelor) graduated or above in financial or related fields, education in business and controlling areas should be an advantage
-Fluent in spoken and written English
