职位描述：
客户现场工程师，驻厂地点：吉林长春

Essential Requirements:
- University degree majored in communication or electronics related.
- Experience on cable system, dealing with customer complaints, internal complaints, and process quality control.
- Good communication skill, customer friendship development.
- Familiar with SAP system.
- Good English both in oral, reading and writing is a must, Good communication with internal and external.
- Good computer skill for office as well as CAD.
- Be familiar with IRIS standard.

Main Tasks:
- Establish and update Assembly instruction, process procedure, safety instruction and related documentation for new production.
- Support the production for technical and quality issues with piece parts, raw-materials and processes.
- Be responsible for compiling the standard of IRIS in railway production.
- Onsite support customer on technical issue and quality issue, hand customer complaint on first time.
- Provide required training to production staffs to upgrade production knowledge and skill.
- Implement RCCA (root cause corrective action) for quality issues.
- Provide technical information for quotation.
