Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for planned and breakdown maintenance activities on a full range of PCS & electrical equipment in ARLANXEO HPE(Changzhou);
2. Calibration work for related instruments;
3. Effective preventive maintenance implement;
4. Implement all related work following lanxess HES standard in high level;
5. Continue improvement in PCT maintenance area;
6. Maintain good relationship with other related department;
7. Supervise contractor staff as required;
8. On duty in substation & manage the power supply system;
9. Other assigned work by supervisor;
Requirements:
1.Education:Junior college diploma with the majority of electrical or chemical process control system
2.Experience:At least 5 years of experience in PCT maintenance and repair work
3.Technical Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a chemical industrial environment;
4.Language Skills: English communication and writing abilities
5.IT Skills: Familiar with computer operations
6.Core Competency: Conscientious, Teamwork spirit, Initiative, Concern of quality and order, Customer service oriented
7.Other Competencies: High voltage operation licence is preferred

Nantong
LANXESS and Taiwan’s TSRC Corporation entered into a 50:50 joint venture in Greater China called LANXESS-TSRC (Nantong) Chemical Industrial Company Ltd in 2010. The two companies jointly invested USD 50 million in a plant that produces Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) in Nantong, northwest of Shanghai. The production has started up in 2012 with an initial capacity of 30,000 metric tons per year, and since August 2016, the joint venture has been operating under the new name ARLANXEO-TSRC (Nantong) Chemical Industrial Company Ltd and continues to supply the regional market with premium grades of NBR.
Changzhou
In August 2015, LANXESS inaugurated its ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) plant in Changzhou. The plant, with an investment of EUR 235 million, marks the largest investment the company has made in China to date, and also the second largest plant investment in LANXESS’ history. With a nameplate capacity of 160,000 metric tons per year, the plant produces premium grades of EPDM tailored to Chinese and Asian customer needs. The plant is now operated by ARLANXEO following its establishment in August 2016.
