Key Responsibilities & Tasks /主要职责
? Works closely with Sales and Service to create strategic business development and marketing direction, drive industry relationship and take the lead on with many key industry associations for Greater China, including Taiwan and Vietnam.
? Supports the sales on bidding documentation necessary to win the business in the territory;
? Must have conviction, the ability to bring stability and be the pace setter for the team with drive, action, detail and urgency in market development and marketing aspects;
? Leads and manages the “Utilities” marketing program in China. Understands strategic marketing planning, development of initiatives and implements this plan into action and results.
? Navigates the marketing industries to select and manage resources such as PR firms, research resources and event planners;
? Generates and manages the marketing budget;
? Ensures that the key Corporate and Terex Utilities initiatives and guidelines are implemented with all marketing tasks and operational processes;
? Drives market research projects on key industries, channels and applications. Understands and tracks overall market trend and macroeconomics;
? Develops formats for reporting and planning for the whole team such as the computation and release of pricing, forecasting, reporting, compliance, documentation;
Skills, Experience and Qualifications /职位要求
? Marketing/Communications degree or equivalent is required;
? Track record of business development at the most senior levels in the equipment industry, coupled with a high level of knowledge, focusing very specifically on the voice of the customer. Successful record of change management;
? Track record of bottom line improvements within a traditional environment;
? Can develop, implement and drive working processes to stream line the business;
? Can assist in the contract processes and navigate the Terex business system.
Skills
? Must have excellent English communications skills (speaking and writing)
? Drive for Results - can be counted on to exceed goals successfully, consistently a top performer, bottom line orientated, pushes self and others for results.
? Customer focus- dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers, acts with the customers in mind, and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains trust and respect.
? Negotiating – can negotiate skillfully in tough situations and can settle differences and win concessions without damaging relationships, can be direct and diplomatic, gains trust quickly, and has a good sense of timing. Work effectively with other team members with strong morale, shares success, fosters dialogue, good communication skills.
? Tools of Business - Expert at developing and creating presentations (Power point, Excel) or guiding the process, is up to speed with current web based and internet marketing tools as well as has experience with I –pad and electronic presentation tools and uses.
