职位描述：
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Take the responsibility of maintenance and improvements of company’s base infra systems, including but not limited to email system, file-sharing system, network system, telephone system and etc, to ensure the smooth operation of business;
- Monitor and analyze the systems’ performance and functionalities, timely and effectively solve issues and find opportunities to make improvements of the systems;
- Manage vendors’ SLA appropriately and effectively, review the monthly reports from vendors to ensure the smooth running of the business;
- Prepare and follow up information security rules to ensure the security of the company information;
- Respond to users’ request or questions about base infra systems, and make action plans to solve the issues;
- Take the responsibility of maintenance and improvements of interface systems, including but not limited to bank’s interface system, PV/NCIC’s interface system and etc, to ensure the smooth business operation;

Job Requirement:
- IT or IT related bachelor degree or above;
- 5+ years of infrastructure management or running experience; Good at Active Directory & TCP/IP, MCSE & CCNP preferred;
- Familiar with server room infrastructure and operation;
- Familiar with internet monitoring, and able to do normal analysis;
- Familiar with operation system, and skillfully manage and monitor at the server machine end;
- Familiar with the frequently-used hardware;
- Details-oriented, and willing to work at weekend;
- Verbal and written English needed.

主要工作职责：
- 负责维护并完善公司基础框架系统，包括但不限于电子邮件系统，文件分享系统，网络系统，电话系统等，以确保业务的顺利进展；
- 监督并分析基础框架系统的运行和功能，及时有效地解决运行中发生的问题，并积极改进完善系统；
- 恰当并有效地管理供应商的SLA，审阅并确认供应商的维护月报，以确保公司业务的顺利运行；
- 制定并跟进公司信息安全政策，以确保公司相关数据和信息的安全；
- 回复用户关于基础框架系统的需求或是疑问，并且就基础框架系统中发现的问题制定改善方案；
- 负责维护和改善接口系统，包括但不限于银行接口系统，PV/NCIC的接口系统等等，以确保公司业务的顺利进展；

岗位要求：
- 计算机或相关专业本科学历以上；
- 五年以上基础架构管理或运维经验精通Active Directory和TCP/IP，具备MCSE和CCNP证书者优先；
- 熟悉机房构建和管理；
- 熟练掌握网络监控、管理工具，能进行常用的协议分析；
- 熟悉操作系统和网络调优，能熟练地进行服务器端监控和管理；
- 熟悉各种常用硬件设备；
- 工作认真细致、愿意在周末或者晚上加班；
