职位描述：
Key Responsibilities主要职责：
1.Edit program for DEK/pick and place/AOI machine, adjust/optimization and Maintenance them
负责编辑印刷机/贴片机/AOI等设备的程序，并对之进行调试优化/维护等工作。
2.Responsibility of SMT NPI from stencil design/profile/ and SMT WI Etc.
负责SMT的新产品导入，包括钢网制作，炉温曲线设定，SMT文件的制作等
3.Responsibility of SMT products quality analysis and bring out specialist actions and implementation.
负责SMT产线不良分析和提出改善措施并实施。
4.Responsibility of equipment maintenance and keep them stable.
负责SMT设备/AI/波峰炉设备的维护保养，保持机器设备处于运行良好状态
5.Responsibility of management and control equipment spare parts
负责设备配件的管控(SMT/AI波峰炉)
6.Responsibility of continue improvement for SMT area.
负责SMT区域的持续改善
7.Training SMT engineer/technician and operators how to use the machine.
培训SMT工程师/技术员和操作员如何使用机器。
8.Other’s jobs from the leader.
完成上级交付的其他工作。

Qualifications任职资格：
1.College degree or above, Electronic or relevant specialty;
大专及以上文化程度，电子或机电相关专业；
2.Good knowledge of SMT facilities or relevant facilities to operation and maintenance ; GSM/AI/JT wave equipment are priority.
熟悉SMT设备（如插件机、印刷机、贴片机、回流焊等设备）的日常运行的维护等；熟悉环球GSM贴片机，AI机/JT波峰炉等设备优先考虑
3.More than 8 years SMT work experience;
SMT相关工作经验8年以上；
4.Good English skill in spoken and writing.
