职位描述：
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Receive quotation requests from clients, work with engineering team to create and ensure BOM completeness and accuracy, evaluate labor cost, NRE cost / investment budgetary.
接收客户的报价请求，与工程部一起创建和确保BOM的完整性、准确性，评估劳动力成本，NRE成本/投资预算；
? Collect and verify new material cost from sourcing team.
从采购团队收集和校验新材料成本；
? Support sourcing team to check or propose the relevant tooling, fixture, and jig in supplier side.
支持采购团队检查或提出相应的工装、夹具以及供应商的夹具；
? Work with project team members to identify the cost saving potentials base on product requirement; make sure the cost structure is competitive.
与项目团队成员合作，确定基于产品需求的成本节约潜力
? Have an aptitude for mathematics and engineering, be able to analyse, compare, and interpret detailed but sometimes poorly defined information, and be able to make sound and accurate judgments based on limited information.
具备数学和工程方面的能力，能够详细的分析、比较和翻译有时定义不明确的信息，并能够通过有限的信息作出正确和准确的判断。
? Be able to identify technical issues to assure the accuracy and the quality of the quotation.
能够解决技术问题，确保报价的准确性和质量；
? Follow up the feedback of quotation from clients and response accordingly.
跟进客户的报价反馈并作出相应的回复；
? Support RFQ process improvement: Monitor Quoting KPIs, Improve Quoting Lead Time, Quoting Processing Time, Quoting efficiency Improvement.
支持报价流程改进：监控报价KPI，提高报价交货时间，报价处理时间，提高报价效率；
? Maintain documentation per established guidelines to support the RFQ function.
根据既定的指导方针维护文档，以支持报价功能；
? Maintain the price master list and ensure the accuracy of purchase order cost
维护价格管理列表并确保采购订单成本的准确性；
? Perform all other duties as assigned or required by management.
执行领导分配的其他工作。
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

? Minimum 6 years of design or engineering working experience in foreign companies or business groups.
至少6年外企设计或者工程工作经验；
? Familiar with SPECs, manufacture process of electronic and mechanical parts, like cable, harness, PCBA and BOM components, stamping, plastic moulding, die-casting, MIM, etc.
熟悉SPEC，电子和机械零部件的制造过程，如电缆，线束，PCBA和BOM部件，冲压，塑料成型，压铸，MIM等。
? Bachelor degree is required, majored in Finance or electronic is preferred.
本科学历，金融或者电子专业；
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; also have solid knowledge of CAD, pro-E. etc.
熟悉Excel、PPT等办公软件，扎实的CAD、Pro-E等知识；
? Both good in oral and written English with CET6.
英语六级，良好的听说读写能力；
? Strong communication, responsible and team worker.
较强的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作能力；
? High level of integrity and honesty.
