职位描述：
Essential requirements:
- University degree in communication or mechanical engineering related
- At least 3 years' experience of process engineering work, as well as developing process document
- Experience on Process quality control
- Experience on dealing with customer complaints and internal complaints
- Good command of computer skills such as CAD, Microsoft Office etc.
- Be familiar with SAP system and IRIS standard
- Well English, reading and writing is a must

Main tasks:
- Establish and update Assembly instruction, process procedure, safety instruction and related documentation for new production.
- Support the production for technical and quality issues with piece parts, raw-materials and processes
- Create and update product item and BOM in Baan and perform regular time study to update existing labor cycle time standard
- Provide required training to production staffs to upgrade production knowledge and skill
- Support MQE to establish the quality standard and control plan for products
- Be responsible for compiling the standard of IRIS in railway production, and TS16949 standard knowledge for automotive production
