职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1.New Project development according to TS16949
2.Set Up PMEA, Control Plan and WI for Production processes and improvement toward Standardized Work Product BOM preparation
3.Calculation and improvement of cycle time toward maximize capacity utilization
4.To propose and lead key improvement projects to optimize labor utilization, lower scrap and defective and to improve Material Utilization Index ( MUI)
5.Develop and design tools according to process and quality requirement.
6.Use of the Lean manufacturing principles for Continuous improvement
7.Teamwork with production and Quality teams to solve quality issue and complete process improvements
8.To participate in training identified by the company and training to associates as required
9.To localize global designed products.
10.Other tasks assigned by department manager.

Requirement要求：
1．Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools, ISO-9000 , ISO-14000 and OHSAS -18000 .
2. TS16949, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plan knowledge
3. At least 3 years in process of automotive field, have Process/IE working experience, familiar with rubber products production is preferred. 举报 分享
