Responsibilities/工作职责：
1.Participation in the preparation of offers on train control and traction interface engineering.
投标阶段的列车控制及牵引接口方面技术支持
2.Compile traction control interface software（traction control and interface to vehicle bus) configuration management plan(SCMP), software quality assurance plan (SQAP), system topography and SW requirement analysis.
编写牵引控制与接口应用程序开发项目的软件，配置管理计划、软件质量保证计划、系统结构及软件需求分析
3.Compile software requirement development specification: to define traction network frame and topography, SW requirement specification, configure project specific parameter, establish external interface documents (communication interface protocol, input/output signal list etc.)
编制软件需求开发书：根据地铁、动车组及机车项目的技术条件确定满足特定项目要求的网络架构与拓朴、编制软件需求规格书，定义项目应用参数表，建立外部接口文件（通信接口、输入输出清单、网络信号清单等）
4.Compile SW functional specification, SW integration test specification, SW/HW integrated test specification, and design review.
编制软件设计开发书：编制应用软件功能的设计规格书，软件集成测试规格书，软硬件集成综合测试大纲，设计评审等
5.SW implementation and module test (coding).
软件实现与模块测试：进行软件细化设计(代码实现)
6.SW function verification and validation , safety audit.
软件功能确认与验证，安全审核
7.SW commissioning, SW change and RAMS management
软件调试,变更管理及RAMS管理
8.Support to develop, test and maintenance tools in other dept .
支持其它部门的工具开发、调试及维护
9.To be responsible for related HSE responsibility of this position, to be responsible for related BOS responsibility of this position.
负责本岗位在HSE体系中的有关职责,本岗位在BOS中的有关职责.
10.Finishing the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

Qualifications/要求：
1.Above bachelor of engineering；Major in electric drive/ Software Engineering/Auto control etc.
工科本科以上学历；电气传动/计算机软件工程/自动控制等专业
2.Be familiar with certain embedded operating system (such as VxWorks) and its application program development
熟悉某种嵌入式操作系统（如VxWorks）驱动与应用程序开发
3.Experience of developing high power industry inverter or motor control will be preferable.
有大功率工业变频器或电机控制程序经验者优先
4.Well known on C/C++ langauage programming, and master in embedded software framework and field bus protocol （MVB bus）;Well known computer interface such as PCI, RS232, USB and industrial Ethernet;Known Graphic human-machine interface and database development under Embedded OS. Preferable if having certificate of programmer or development experience of vehicle network communication application.
精通C/C++语言编程，并熟悉嵌入式系统软件构架和现场总线协议 (如MVB总线)；精通计算机外部接口如PCI，RS232，USB，工业以太网；了解基于嵌入式操作系统环境下图形界面及数据库开发。具有程序员以上资格证书者或具有车辆网络通信应用程序开发经验者优先
5.Excellent English capability, above CET-6, fluent in spoken and written English
