Job Responsibilities:

The position is designed as main input to process standardization, production optimization, will assistant plant manager in trouble shooting in the technical aspects.

- Production process, equipment optimization to eliminate bottle-neck, improve safety, quality and efficiency;
- Be responsible for new facility, equipment startup, employee training, education pertaining to technical skills/operation skills in regard to new staff or position changing.;
- Create, modify and compile technical document such as Quality manual, procedure, work instructions, etc. in the plant in line with ISO requirement;
- Assist in quality incident investigation and identification to dig out root cause;
- Work with QC team to optimize formula to reduce cost and improve quality;
- Use efficient tools to improve efficiency and reduce cost;
- Organize Kaizen activities and follow through implementation accordingly;
- Responsible for new product introduction;
- Work with EHS, production team to improve operability and ergonomic;
- Key function for plant AFE during all phases from concept, design, construction, commissioning and startup to facility operation;
- Setup visual performance measurement system including purpose, data collection, formatting, analysis, etc.


Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree majored in Chemical Engineering or Process;
- At least 8 years related experience in a Manufacturing environment of foreign chemical plant;
- Proficient in computer skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Initiative with positive attitude and pleasant personality.
