Job Descriptions:

1.Establish, maintain, effectively running and improvement Quality/ISO management system. 质量/ISO管理体系的建立、维护、有效运作和改进；

2.Develop quality vision and mission, developing quality objectives, strategies, tactics and measurements, and communicating the corporate culture. 开发质量远景和任务、开发质量目标、战略、策略和衡量标准以及传播公司文化；

3.Coordinate with other divisions to insure the design, produce and delivery of the products to the required quality level. 与其他部门协调以确保产品设计、生产和交付达到所要求的质量等级；

4.Review and execute adequately of qualification/validation protocols. 充分审核并执行资质/验证协议；

5.Establish and maintain Management Review process for continuous improvement. 为持续性改进制订并维护管理审查流程；

6.Establish an internal audit process to ensure compliance to all local, external and corporate audits
设立内部审计流程以确保符合所有地方的、外部的和公司的审计要求；

7.Consolidate production defect and after-sales information for quality cost analysis. 为进行质量成本分析整理生产缺陷及售后信息；

8.Establish and maintain company environment, health and safety plan management. 制订和维护公司环境、健康和安全计划管理。

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor above.本科以上学历；

2.English is good, have more than 8 years experience on quality and management. 英语良好，有8年以上质量及管理经验。

Merak Jinxin Air Conditioning Systems (Wuxi) CO. Ltd, is a plant founded in June, 2008, which is a JV owned company in China invested by Jinxin Group and Merak Spain, belonging to Knorr-Bremse Group, with research and development, production, sales and after-sales set in one -scale enterprise. It specializes in onboard air conditioning system related with metro and railway vehicles. We have Long experiences and references both in European & Chinese Markets, involving products ranges covering all kind of markets and fully understand the needs of different customers. We use Knorr Production System (KPS) and SAP management System as advanced management concepts, and implement the quality system standard for instance EN, ISO, DIN, NFF, BS, GB, and etc in high manufacturing and Global Standardization Manufacture Philosophy.
