职位描述：
Program / Project Management

? Planning and responsible leading of projects according to the project management handbook and guidelines of quality handbook
? Responsibility for projects in terms of timing, quality, capacity, financials and budget
? Supporting of Sales / Key Account Management also in the acquisition phase with project management tasks
? Creating of Business Plans
? Creating check-lists, gate-reviews and presentation in order to getting internal approvals
? Clearing of prototype- and tooling orders from customer in order that these can be processed by the logistic / supply chain department of each plant
? Ensure continuous information flow and co-operation between all departments
? Implementation and execution of project specific customer requirements like APQP, PPAP, etc.
? Continuously carry our project meetings, project reviews and ensure continuous improvement process
? Pro-active creation, definition of standards and methodology and tools in order to ensure efficient execution of the process from RFQ to handing over a project to the serial production / supply chain
? Implementation of risk management
? Establish and keep good customer relationship in alignment with Key Account Manager
? Fulfil the customer request by considering the possibilities within HOERBIGER
? Create and keep the project reports as well as multi-project list up-to-date
? Monitor the project status in case of deviations implement escalation management
? Ensure standards, up-to-date templates, etc.
? Take over other tasks assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
University degree majored in mechanical engineering or similar education
Fluent English and Chinese, PC-Know How (MS Office, SAP, Pro/E), QS 9000 / VDA 6, ISO TS 16949,Project Management Software 举报 分享
