Completed project plans as part of the Project Portfolio
Implementation of interdisciplinary projects and management of project-related activities. This chiefly entails:
- Prepare and write project plans, aligned with Principal
- Manage the project as part of the Stage Gated L&B project processes
- Managing and executing projects
- Assigning sub-plans to project staff
- Managing project staff or any project teams in connection with sub-projects and monitoring project progress on the basis of interim results
- Organize project / team meetings to support an successful, efficient and effective result of a project
- Reporting on progress and drawing up reports (in English)
- In charge of completion and hand over project to manufacturing
Prepared and executed trials
Preparation, supervision and execution of and reporting (in close cooperation with global technology team R,D & I, product managerment and local CI team whenever relevant) on technical production (innovation) trials in the context of pilots and production. This chiefly entails:
- Setting up a trial plan
- setting up a test environment or test design
- starting up a production trial
- measuring and registering process variables
- collecting, analysing and interpreting test results
- reporting on trial test results (also in English) to related department
Knowledge secured / information recorded
Actively following external technological developments and identify and assess developments in terms of their potential applicability. Recording, managing and maintaining information such as machine settings, preparations, specifications and system-based quality data, as well as information generated by trials, troubleshooting activities and projects, in a manner that serves to secure the available knowledge
