职位描述：
Responsibility：
1.organization of the company‘s newproduct development and trial work and the improvement of existing products
2.prepare new product project plan，organize and implement according to the process requirement of customer APQP or PPAP process
3.organize amd make product process plan，prepare work instruction for related process，take BOM，routing，structure，etc to create and input ERP system
4.according to the technical requirements，do a good job of self inspection and re inspection of AMC drawings and customers‘
5.presided over the companys‘ product performance analysis，technical feasibility study and evaluation，work with quality department to complete PPAP（FMEA, plan，control，etc.）technical preparation
6.cooperate with quality department to complete the analysis and treatment of the companys‘
7.organize the development of new projects
8.coordination with the functional departments
9.follow up the new project progress，control the overall process of the project
10.organize the release and implementation of ECN
11.continuous improvement
Criteria：
1. at least college‘ degree in mechanical or related
2.good skills in listening，reading，speaking and writing English
3.good communication skills with other department
4.more than 3 years working experience in technical support services，have technical managementrelated work experience
