职位描述：
1、Establish and integrate a filing system regarding competitor’s information, distributor and key customer file. And update them according to market changes;
   建立和整合竞争对手、代理商、关键客户的信息档案，并根据市场变化予以及时更新；
2、Coordinate with related parties to prepare project tendering documents on request;
   协调相关配合方，根据要求准备项目招标文件；
3、Be responsible for the documents collecting and preparation which serve the ISO Internal Audit in sales & marketing dept;
   负责销售市场部ISO体系审核资料的收集和准备；
4、Be responsible of the service to national sales team regarding the sales and marketing activities;
   负责在相关销售和市场活动中协助销售团队；
5、Good management in CRM and provide the data analysis report;
   管理客户关系管理系统，并提供数据分析报告；
6、Be responsible of the service to regional sales offices’ operation on request;
   根据区域销售办公室的要求提供支持；
7、Check and register the expense reimbursement of sales department;
   登记和审核部门的各项费用报销；
8、Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
   主管安排的其他工作。
9、Receive phone calls, visitors and be responsible for supervising the housekeeping of the ground floor, including the windows, doors, toilets, as well as its auxiliary rooms, etc.;
   接待访客、接听电话，监督大厅的门窗地板的整洁；
10、Help secretary to GM to book air tickets and hotels as back up;
