职位描述：
岗位职责：
1 及时处理客户质量问题投诉，不断提供客户满意度；
2 负责与客户沟通；
3 收集市场质量反馈信息，将信息转报给相关部门；
4 跟踪、分析、总结不合格产品，并进行纠正行动；
5 受理、跟踪退货产品，将不良产品的信息反馈给客户；
6 定期和不定期参加与客户的沟通会议；
7 提交客户所需要的相关数据和文件；
8 完成领导交待的其他工作。
任职条件
1 掌握统计技术、SPC、测量技术；
2 具有质量管理、认证管理、生产管理等相关专业知识；
