DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责
? Lead the implementation of our automated cable assembly process
领导线缆装配过程的自动化运行。
? Perform general manufacturing/industrial engineering processes:
执行一般制造/工业工程流程
? Perform cost analysis.
进行成本分析。
? Create Standard Work Instructions.
制定标准工作说明。
? Perform load and materials plan assessment.
进行负荷和物料计划的评估。
? Lead or perform drafting activities.
领导或执行起草工作。
? Fixture design, tooling selection and requisition.
夹具的设计，工装的选择和申请。
? Utilize Design of Experiments (DoE) to prove out processes.
通过DoE来证实流程。
? Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
实行PFMEA。
? Perform cost reduction activities, including process improvements, conversions and new process development.
执行降低成本的活动，包括流程改进，转换和新流程开发。
? Implement systemic improvement activities, including streamlining, standardization of documentation, change control, quality, and transfer processes.
     实施系统改进活动，包括精简，文件标准化，变更控制，质量和转移过程。
? Establish and implement quality and safety control and improvements.
建立和实施质量安全控制和改进。
? Lead specific capital expenditure projects.
引导具体的资本支出项目。
? Participate in the implementation of TEOA (Lean Manufacturing) Tools, such as 5S+1, Standard Work, Visual Factory, Cell Design, QCPC. Six Sigma, 3P, and others.
参与TEOA工具，如5S+1、标准工时、视觉工厂、单元设计、QCPC，6Sigma、3P等的执行。
? Will be expected to focus on the completion of projects within the defined lead times, some schedule flexibility likely required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
? Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree.
机械工程或制造工程专业，本科学历。
? Demonstrated experience in Automation, Controls & Robotics.
丰富的自动化，控制和机器人技术经验。
? Strong project management skills
较强的项目管理技能。
? Knowledge of AutoCAD or CREO a plus
熟悉CAD或CREO。
? Ability to work towards completion of projects within defined schedules.
在定义的时间安排内完成项目的能力。
? Manufacturing engineering experience in a machining environment is preferred but not required.
制造业的制造工程经验更佳。
? Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.

? Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a rapidly changing set of objectives.

? CNC equipment knowledge and experience is a plus.

? Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

? Knowledge in Basic Quality techniques
