Minimum Qualifications 基本资质条件
? University degree in Engineering or equivalent.工程类或相关专业大学毕业。
? Proficient in the use of MS-Office software.熟悉办公软件。
? Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO14001 internal audit skills as well as TS 16949. 具备ISO14001和TS16949内审技巧。
? 3 years automotive experience, preferably in a cross functional role. 3年汽车行业经验。
? Thorough knowledge of quality and manufacturing tools such as SPC, FMEA, control plans, pokeyoke, pareto analysis, cause and affect analysis, fishbone diagrams, PPAP. 熟悉质量工具，如SPC，FMEA，控制计划，Poke Yoke, 主因次分布图,因果分析，鱼刺图，PPAP。
? Six Sigma experience would be an asset. 做好有6 sigma经验。

Primary Function 主要职能

Duties and Responsibilities
? Manage all suppliers PPAP’s ensuring they are submitted on time and all requirements have been met.确保所有Magna 供应商PPAP递交时间和需要。
? Monitor supplier performance as it related to Quality.监控供应商有关质量的绩效
? Ensure improvement plans are in place and effectively implemented for all suppliers whose performance has fallen below acceptable levels.确保针对供应商绩效跌落时进行有效的持续改进计划的执行
? Monitor and track all supplier corrective actions to ensure they are submitted on time and are effectively implemented.监督和跟踪所有供应商纠正措施有效实施的时间和贯彻。
? Travel to suppliers to verify inventory levels and review key operating procedures for Magna specific products. Perform a Supplier quality audit using a checklist and scoring procedures. Verify supplier’s PPAP process and “run at rate” status. Verify presence, quantity and quality of Magna owned tooling. ? Supplier RMA (Return material Authorization) need to be followed and obtained by SQE in order to have supplier authorization to send defective material back. 追踪和取得供应商对需退货品的认可编号，以便于顺利将不合格品退回供方。
? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知危害沟通控制程序，并按体系要求执行。
