QUALIFICATION:
？ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, 5 to 10 years program management experience in the automotive industry, 3 years supervisory experience definitely a plus.
？ Exceptional organizational and communication skills, good presentation skills.
？ Fluent in both spoken and written English, German language is a plus
？ Profound ability in technical design and knowledge of engineering processes.
？ Thorough knowledge of TS16949, APQP procedures, Quality Engineering, Supplier.
Management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques.
？ Knowledge of GD&T, QFD, Design for Manufacturing, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Quoting Procedures / Contract Review.
？ Working knowledge of CAD / MS Program, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Initiate a Detailed Program Management Plan, set up and deploy targets and a corresponding review mechanism.
？ Budget overall program including prototypes, achieve the sales target.
？ Control and tracking program costs, responsible for program to stay within budget, and costs monitory
？ Ensure timely submission on Program management Reports (e.g. Monthly Cost Report and etc.)
？ Ensure programs delivery term within milestone.
？ Coordinate internally and externally resources to achieve the program targets.
？ Coordination and implementation of engineering changes.
？ Lead and organize all delegated program meetings, ensure design and testing issues be solved asap.
？ Maintains proper filing systems to ensure all information is properly documented and easily retrieved.
？ Assists in the engineering quotations and engineering changes
？ Coordinate of quality documentation in the area of Process Flow diagrams, PFMEA, DFMEA, QA Function and Work Instructions.
？ High quality submission to the customer
？ Follows and enforces the guidelines and rules as defined in the Employee Handbook and Company policies.
？ Undertakes other duties and responsibilities within the ECC, if required by the superior.
