Key Responsibilities:

1, Focus on business strategy and growth, lead innovative solution for supply chain optimization, in charge

of planning, purchasing, logistics and warehouse management.

2, Fully involvement in materials inventory management, to meet projected KPI goals of inventory turns/EOZ

while maintaining high standards of internal and external supplier on-time delivery, by deploying efficient

management methodology, such as ABC clarification, material flow management, MRP, etc. to meet the

business goal.

3, To assist Sourcing team for supplier base development, qualification and risk management ensures the

cost effectiveness and consistent quality and delivery performance

4, Review and approve SO/PO and related payment application within his (her) authorization scope.

5, Schedule weekly review meeting on open SO status, identify out any existing or potential problems, work

out effective counter measures based on root cause analysis and follow up.

6, Standardization and flexibility on SCM operations processes.

7, Coordinate with division, business units and other functional departments to review monthly KPI and

optimize internal process.

8, Continuously build and grow the competences of the team in line with the business growth.

9, Ensure fully implementing on company policies for complying regulatory requirements for purchasing,

ordering, warehousing and transportation.

Requirements:

1, Bachelor's degree or above in related field of study (Supply chain, Engineering, Business, Materials).

2, Over 8 years experience in manufacturing industries, with 5+ years in supply chain management

experience.

3, Good communications and negotiation skills

4, Knowledge of ERP, SAP system is a must.

5, Good analytical and problem solving skills

6, Ability to manage multiple complex situations on a daily basis

7, Pro-active, Teamwork. Candidate will be required to manage people and processes to ensure

effectiveness
