Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
？Setting up maintenance team structure and selection of maintenance team members
？According to the requirements of BU standards, set up equipment preventive maintenance plan and monitor its implementation to ensure equipment operating smoothly
？Leading in creating, implementing and monitoring work processes to achieve compliance with BU and site HSE standards ？Involving in design or planning of new project, equipment installation /commissioning and start-up according to the requirements of BU standards.
？Maintain and develop as needed, the inspection, testing, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs associated with the Mechanical Integrity Program or Asset Integrity Management (AIM) to include pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping systems, pressure relief devices, emergency system and other critical equipment and system
？Monitor and review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement;
？Responsible for budgeting of maintenance and investment projects, Tracking, analyzing and improving key maintenance parameters such as plant efficiency, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc, and making recommendations for improvement
？Manage spare part to ensure operation smoothly
？Plan and control budget for repair, inspection, maintenance and technical improvements.
？Be the project owner (Project Manager as define in SAQ) for any capital project in the plant
？Assist purchaser to negotiate price of spare parts with suppliers ensure cost management within budget

Requirements:
Education or experience required to be able to perform this job
？Bachelor degree or above in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
？6 years or above equipment management experience and 3 years managerial experience
？Familiar with safety management system
？Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
？Master drawing software: AUTO CAD, basic IT knowledge.
