销售工程师

主要职责：

• 在负责所属区域的各个行业开拓以环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、玻纤、棉布等为基材的半成品、层压材、管材，棒材、客户定制产品等材料的市场
• 拿取订单，催要货款
• 收集，分析市场信息
• 管理客户，定期拜访客户
• 与客户保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求。为客户提供主动、热情、满意、周到的服务
• 动态把握市场价格，定期向公司提供市场分析及预测报告和个人工作周报。
• 收集一线营销信息和用户意见，对公司营销策略、售后服务等提出参考意见

汇报：向销售总监汇报

岗位要求：

• 三年及以上大学学历，市场营销、贸易、或管理等专业；
• 两年及以上工业品销售经验，有销售绝缘板材,管材，棒材类相关工作经验者优先，熟悉发电机、 医疗机械，电气绝缘，交通，输油输气等行业者优先。
• 熟悉周边城市，熟悉了解工业集聚区
• 良好的书面及语言表达能力，可以独立思考及计划
• 良好的沟通技巧
• 充满活力，态度积极，性格坚忍不拔
• 可以经常出差
• 有良好的团队合作精神

工作地点：1，北京，天津 哈尔滨或周边城市

2， 上海，常州，或周边城市

3， 重庆，成都，西安或周边城市

Job Description for:
Sales Engineer

Major Responsibilities:

The incumbent should be able to develop regional market in all industries for full product range of Norplex-Micarta – Epoxy, Melamine, Phenolic materials based on glass fibre, cotton and etc, in the form of sheet, tube, rod, molded shape, and fabricated part forms.

The incumbent should have the following responsibilities:

· Take orders and asking for payment for goods;

· Collect and analyze market information;

· Customer management and regular customer visits;

• Keep good communication with customers and grasp customer demands. Provide the initiative, passional, satisfying, and thoughtful service to customers.
• Learn the market price dynamically and provide market analysis, forecast report and personal weekly work report to the company regularly.
• Collect front line marketing information and user opinion, Give constructive suggestions for the company’s marketing strategy, after-sale service and etc.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Expectations for Qualifications/Background:

· Three years college education or above; the major of Marketing, Trading, Management or etc.

· Minimum 2 years work experience in industrial products sales;

· Related work experience on the sales of insulating sheet, rods, tubes, molded shapes and etc .is preferred;

· Know well with generators, medical equipment, electronic, transportation, oil &gas and other related industries is preferred;

• Familiar with the living city or surrounding cities and industrial cluster areas;
• Good written and Verbal expression skills, with independent thinking and planning ability;
• Good communication skills;
• Full of vitality, positive working attitude, and with perseverance personality;
• Frequent Travel is needed;;
• Demonstrated good teamwork.

Working place：1，Beijing, Tianjin, Harbin or other surrounding cities;

2， Shanghai，Changzhou or other surrounding cities;

3， Chongqing, Chengdu, Xian or other surrounding cities;

4，Guangzhou, Shenzhen or other surrounding cities.
