Responsibilities/Tasks

1. In charge of quality assurance, quality control and EHS functions.

2. Charge in auditing and implement of quality control standard.

3. Arrange or participate the relevant departments to analyze the cause of nonconformities, feedback from customer and approve the plan of corrective (preventive) and improvement action and verify the effectiveness of corrective (preventive) action.

4. Manages and directs maintaining the trace of production quality and the analysis.

5. Directs application design and implement with statistic technology in the quality area.

6. Manages and directs assistance in the development of new products.




Education background, relevant professional skills

1. Bachelor's degree or above on Mechanical, Material Engineering related major.

2. 8+ experience in sourcing & purchasing of technical products/components and parts and providing cross-function in overall SCM.

3. Outstanding presentation and intern-personnel skills.

4. Strong negotiation skills & cross-culture sensitivity communication & change management.

5. Fluent written and spoken English.
