2. - JOBS TO BE DONE:



Job Purpose:



Monitor and follow up the sales/production forecast and review frequently according to

material inventory and sales demand inorder to be 100% meet requirements.



Essential Functions:


1.Planning

--Deploy a strong and solid process of planning and forecast

--Make Monthly, Weekly, Daily planning based on sale forecast and actual PO to ensure the Production Schedule is reasonable and achievable. The target is to ensure the targeted OTD performance.

--To quickly respond to the PO changes information and reschedule production plan.

--Make sure and follow up the execution of defined production schedules and workflow plans according to manufacturing sequences and lead times

--Review the actual production output to create and maintain the relevant production data into QAD sem.

--Setup the priority for products planning.

2.Inventory control(FG+RM)

--WIP control and KanBan material reduction, Lean production concept implementation.

--Provide visibility of products and reschedule supply of products to meet demand and keep an optimum level of inventory.

--Minimize obsolescence

--Review the inventory status or safety stock and take the necessary improvement action.

3.Reporting relevant:

-- Set up planning template and report to Manager by weekly/ monthly.

-- Prepare actual production reports periodically to meet management requirement.

--Update production relevant analysis report including A/P%, SO vs forecast, RM shortage downtime, OTD analysis report)

--Consolidation of global sales forecast reports

-- Review and feedback the main problem of overdue/inventory and improve

4.EB2 system maintenance

--Set up production planning in EB2 systems and maintenance daily

--Input the actual production data

5.Team work and coordination

--Work with Production, Sale, Material Planner and Engineering to solve any production and delivery related issues.

--To actively review the present working system, providing suggestions and lead for the system enhancement

--Conduct production performance review and high light the problem to related person for problem solving.

3.- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


Minimum

Required

Education&

Experience
· Bachelor's Degree or above

· Above 5 year experience in Master/Production Planning and inventory control in mechanical manufactory.

· Good reporting skills

Preferred

· Supply chain Management experience

· Engineering background


Languages
· Mandarin

· Good written and oral English

Software
· Have ERP knowledge, such as EB2/SAP

· Windows office software, especially excel and PowerPoint
