Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
？Responsible for process technology assessment, process design and development, scale-up from pilot plant to production scale,
？Responsible for product relocation and provide on site process technology support to production
？Executes process and product qualification with Product Development, Manufacturing and Quality teams for effective scale-up to manufacturing
？Support process related technical service as required by the on-going routine needs of the business
？Coordinate with Maintenance Department on facility restructuring, new equipment evaluation, installation and new SOP Design.
？Prepare, Review and Approve technical documents necessary for the above responsibilities.
？Provide support to supplier qualification on new initiatives
？Supervise day to day department operations to ensure that the behaviour and practices are abiding by all HSE and related legislative requirements.
？Analyse and identify the staffing and key development need of department based on the business plan and company long term goal to maintain an efficient and motivated team.

？Applies statistical design concepts towards the execution of process studies.
？Recognizes the fundamental role of equipment and process control plays in designing reliable processes, including the concept of critical control points.
？Recognizes the role ingredients, packaging components, and packaging systems play in process design and customer benefit.
？Effectively communicates technical topics to various audiences and cross-functional project teams to influence decisions.
？Applies prioritization and time management in the execution of multiple projects.
？Effectively utilizes networking relationships internally and externally to acquire and apply technical knowledge and expertise.
？Can work with people in different teams, levels and functions of the organization, and across different cultures
？With good sense of self motivation and responsibility and can work independently with limited supervision
？Attention to accuracy and detail with good analytical, organizational skills and follow through

Requirements:
Requirements for Job
？Masters Degree or B.S. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related majors
？At least 5 years of process technical management experience in Chemical manufacturing in R&D, QA or production functions. Coating experience is a plus.
？In depth knowledge of manufacturing industries and mastery of relevant process unit operations.
？Proficient in both English and Mandarin (speak, read and write)
