Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
？Plan and organize manufacturing programs in accordance with supply plan or S&OP demand whilst maintaining plant efficiency and HSE compliances. Set operations best practices, planning and managing resources to achieve optimum quality, cost and services
？Establish the procedures and means by which manufacturing programs and plans are determined with the objectives of: 
  1.Maximize resources utilization 
  2.oMaximize throughput 
  3.Minimize numbers of late jobs 
  4.Minimize total manufacturing cost
？To monitor and account for :
  1.Production expenses 
  2.Production overtime
？Establish and maintain a consistent high standard of operating practices particularly on HSE aspects of the operations
？Ensure employees receive necessary training and comply with safety and quality rules and regulations.
？Ensure that all processes comply with ISO 9001, 14000, 18000, TS16949 and corporate HSES requirements
？Initiate continuous improvement programs in quality, process, costs reduction and plant efficiency such as yield , energy consumption and waste reduction etc
？Work with Maintenance team to conduct maintenance programs and preventive maintenance programs so as to minimize machinery and equipment down-time
？Motivate, train and coach operational personnel

Requirements:
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
？Bachelor major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymer
？At least 5 years production operation management working experience in chemical industry, coatings is preferred.
？Initiative, self-motivation, Strong leadership and good team working skill
？Excellent communication skill
？Strategic thinking and always able to explore for continuous improvement
？Strong English skill in reading, writing and speaking
？Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S and MST (Manufacturing Scale Up & Technology) are preferred
？PC Skills (Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
