Responsibilities:
？Job Purpose/key objective
Implement and supervise the successful running of quality, health & safety, environment management system, and contribute to the development of QHSE Policy and achievement of the company's objective.
？Quality management
1.As a management representative of Quality management System
2.Implement and maintain Quality management System.
3.Supervise the successful running of Quality management System.
4.Propose quality objectives for the whole company as well as all departments covered by quality systems of the company and monitor their performance.
？HSE management
5.As a management representative of Environment management System.
6.Implement and monitor SAQ to improve overall HSE performance
7.Maintain and improve Health & Safety, Environment management System.
8.Set up action plans to achieve company HSE KPI's.
9.Implement and improve behaviour based safety on site.
10.Establish regular update and implement company general safety and emergency response manual, and regular exercise.
11.Conduct regular site tour for HSE inspection, and inspection for emergency system.
12.Organize HSE meeting.
13.Make sure applicable legislative requirements are recognized and evaluated for compliance.
14.Provide relevant HSE training to employees.
15.MSDS control.
16.Support commercial on safety management, including offices, CRIC and customer service activities 17.Act as hazard study leader to initiate hazard study for necessary projects.
？Internal or external audit
18.Supervise the internal audit.
19.Responsible for all audits from the third party. (Include ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO/TS16949, government audit, etc.)
20.Responsible for Corporate HSE audit and customer survey.
21.Implement quality and environment audit for key suppliers.
？Miscellaneous function
22.Contribute to development of QHSE policy.
23.Liaise with certification body and relevant government offices related to quality, health & safety, environment management.
24.Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
25.Support expansion project in terms of HSE requirement.

Requirements:
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:
？Minimum Bachelor degree
？At least 3 years Quality and /or HSE management experience in production plant; chemical plant or similar
？Very good communication and presentation skill
？Good leadership and collaboration skill
？ISO9001 leader auditor qualification.(Optional)
？ISO14001 leader auditor qualification.(Optional)
？OHSAS18001 leader auditor qualification.(Optional)
？TS16949 auditor qualification.(Optional)
？Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skill.
？Good skill in PC including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
