Responsibilities:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
？Work closely with HSE department to ensure compliance to State and Local legislation related & Ensure compliance to (Sub)BU directives and policies and standard with regard to.
？Manage on time and in full (OTIF) of bringing in of raw materials and supplies and then ship the finished product made by the company to wholesalers or distributors,
？Responsible RPM pre-batching to support production
？Lead in continuous improvement activities through Lean Logistics Management. Nurture quality, safety and 5S best practices culture in the across supply chain processes.
？Optimizing transportation and distribution to control distribution and warehousing cost within company target.
？Coordinate with related functions to continuously improve the service level to improve customer satisfaction.
？Set up system and process to ensure an acceptable stock accuracy to be achieved in both FG warehouse and RM warehouse.
？Ensuring training and professional development to the employees in the department and leading staff for continuous improvement on overall performance.
Functional Responsibilities/Network (kindly limit to a maximum of five)
？Responsible to the material flow in the site.
？Strong connection with Sales and site Production, Planning and Purchasing team.
？Local custom and logistics providers are the main external work relations.
Requirements:
Education or experience required to be able to perform this job
？College or bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
？At least 5 years experience in logistics management, dangerous goods handling (warehouse and transportation) will be preferred.
？Ability to work across functionally and build partnership relationships internally and externally.
？Good knowledge and skill of using SAP in logistics management.
？Good command of both spoken and written English
