I. POSITION PURPOSE:

This position is created to facilitate the Centurion localization process at Changzhou location. The position will support cross-functional maintenance of the localization tools, track the progress and generate report regularly.


MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:

? Data management
- Maintain and take overall responsibility of localization tools
- Consolidate cross-functional input into localization tools, day to day verification and validation of cross-functional data
- Generate needed reports from tools ? All data is accurate, updated on day-to-day basis, risks & issues are communicated and escalated

? SAP interface management together with TDM ? Ensure project data in line with SAP data
? Project report generation / consolidation and distribution on weekly basis / on demand ? Timely and accurate reports
? Control project documents & processes ? All documents are up to date and well organized / archived
? Arrange team meetings, prepare agenda and objectives, ensure meeting held efficiently, take and distribute meeting minutes ? All meeting are organized timely and meeting objectives are achieved
? Foster cross-functional team work ? Smooth team communication and information sharing
? Other activities related to the program ? To be defined when assigned


II. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

Familiar with PMO process of localization / NPI projects, in deep knowledge of database / reporting tools, such as Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc., knowledge of SAP, good understanding of cross-functional team work, knowledge of project management across global locations.


III. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

The position requires knowledge of various functions within in a major international manufacturing OEM, overall knowledge of agriculture, construction or related equipment industry.


IV. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

This position requires strong leadership behavior and communication skill to coordinate and get input from all functions.


V. PROBLEM SOLVING:

The problems can be resolved with effective communications and discussions with cross-functional team. The key is to find the right approach and achieve consensus among the team, but not afraid to drive results.


VI. NATURE OF IMPACT:

Cross-functional team work is key to the project success, it's the role of this position to ensure effective communication within all functions and future ensure delivery of project in committed time, cost and quality.

The position has impact to all project team members from different functions.


VIII. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Interpersonal skills are critical in this position.


IX. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

? BS in Machinery Engineering, Supplier Chain Management, Project Management, etc. MBA or other Higher educational background a plus
? Around 3 years experiences in Consulting / PMO / project management and / or localization / NPI project in an international manufacturing environment
? Expert on database / reporting tools, such as Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint, etc., familiarity with SAP
? Strong leadership skills of decentralized teams, good understanding of cross-function / cross-location team work
? Strong communication skills, experiences working with people from multiple cultural background
? Strong presentation, analytically skills
? Fluent in oral and written English is a must
? Pay attention to details, willing to take responsibility
? Strong team work spirit
