职位描述：
Essential Requiriments:
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Lean champion certified internally o externally
- At least 3 years’ experience as a full time lean leader, and direct working experience in manufacturing and supply chain is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizations from operators to GMO and MD in China and management of other locations (other GMOs, AG)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Six sigma black belt is preferred
- Good in English (spoken as well as written)

Main Taskes:
- Drive the lean maturity to a higher level and aim to transform Changzhou plant to be the benchmark plant both internally and externally
- Develop Golean program and drive the execution
- Lead and coach all Kaizen events and breakthrough projects
- Conduct various lean tools training
- Work on any burning platform issues
- Hold the monthly Lean committee meeting
- Hold annual policy deployment event
- Have regular meetings with corporates regarding lean progress and initiatives 举报 分享
