监督对设备维护工作的实施及检查，确保维护质量。
3.Take charge of maintenance diagnostics and cause analysis, assistant repairman to repair equipment.
负责设备故障维修诊断和原因分析，协助设备修理人员完成设备维修。
4.Quickly deal with abnormal situation and rush out to repair equipment while meeting with the major trouble shooting of facility equipments in nonworking time.
负责设备突发异常情况的及时处理，在非工作时间遇到重大设备故障时，应及时返岗抢修。
5.Develop implement and monitor related ESH affairs in equipment and work zone.
参与设备和生产区域的EHS有关工作的开展、实施以及监督。
6.Other work arranged by supervisor on time
按时完成主管临时安排的其它工作。
Activities活动
1.Draw up workshop equipment layout according to process flow.
根据工艺流程制定车间设备的平面布置图。
2.Formulate preventative routing maintenance and annual maintenance plan.
制定设备预防性的日常维护、保养及年度大修计划。
3.Make operation manuals and control the daily operation, feedback and corrected abnormal operation of machines promptly.
编制设备操作规程，监督设备的日常运行，及时纠正和反馈设备运行过程中存在的异常。
4.Pay attention to train operators in order to use and maintain accurately.
负责培训操作人员正确使用和维护设备。
5.Maintain equipments and tools in work area.
负责工作区域内的设备、工具的保管。
6.Control special equipment's annual safety inspection and training management.
参与特种设备的年检和人员培训管理。
7.Configure auxiliary productive materials and tools to make the equipment go on well .
配置为满足设备正常运转所需的辅助物料、工具等，确保设备运转在良好的状态。
8.Analysis and recognize hazard installations from equipment and operators and adapt to related protection measures.
分析和识别工作区域内有关设备和操作人员的危险源，采取相适应的保护措施。
Competencies required for the position岗位要求
Knowledge/Training/Experiences知识/培训/经验:
1.College degree or above, major in mechanical or related.
机械专业大专以上或同等学历。
2.Minimum 3 years experiences in the equipment management and maintance or related field ,CNC equipment management expérience as preferred.
至少有3年从事设备管理和维护的工作经验,从事过机床设备管理经验者优先。
3.Know well about related information in QEHS of this position,　such as identification of EHS environment factors and hazard, solid waste classification and chemical management　and so on.
了解本岗位有关的环保、职业健康及安全的内容（如环境因素及危险源识别，固体废弃物分类，化学品管理等等）
4.The excellent can be accepted with partially meeting above requirements.
