职位描述：

1、熟悉了解业务员所有职责；
2、依照公司的销售目标，制定本部门的销售预测、指标分解及销售计划，确保完成部门的销售任务；
3、监管下属人员的所有客户情况和订单执行；
4、按时召开本部门例会并上交例会报告给上级，及时推进例会上的事项顺利及时完成；
5、规范外贸业务流程，并监督下属严格执行；
6、依照部门团队能力现状,制定部门培训计划，并落实培训的开展，提升团队业务能力，促进业务增长；
7、协助经理做好本部门员工日常行为规范的管理和绩效考核。
 
岗位要求：
1、大科学历，国际贸易，外贸英语专业；
2、2年以上外贸工作经验及管理经验；
3、熟练掌握贸易平台的操作，阿里巴巴后台各种操作；
4、具有较强的英文听，说，读，写能力，熟练操作电脑外贸、办公等软件；
5、具有良好的管理、沟通，处理问题的能力，良好的谈判技巧，有集体荣誉感，责任心强，能承受压力；
6、精通商务礼仪、谈判知识、国际商法。 举报 分享
