Job Requirements:
【任职资格】：
1. Major in Civil or related, bachelor degree or above;
土建及相关专业，本科以上学历；
2. No requirement for experience, best with job experience in management company, design institute or supervision company;
工作经验不限，有任职过管理公司、设计院或监理公司的***；
3. Take part in all kinds of technical construction problems independently and be familiar with technical standards;
参与处理解决施工技术问题，熟悉本专业规范；
4. Work actively and patiently with strong communication and team cooperation ability;
工作积极主动、耐心细致，具较强的沟通力和团队协作能力；
5. With strong skills of understanding and analysis, execution and pressure resistance;
较强的理解分析、执行力和抗压能力；
6. Better at English or other foreign language;
英语或有其他外语专长者优先；
7. Skilled at drawing software such as CAD etc.;　
能较熟练运用CAD等制图软件；
9. The work place will be located according to the different projects, and can be adapted to short- or long-term business trip.
因项目需要，工作地点会有相应的变动，能适应短期或者长期出差。

Job Responsibilities:
【岗位职责】：　
1. Take part in the design phase and review the drawings;
参与设计阶段的方案设计和审图工作；
2. Assist the project team to communicate with all the parties, including the employer, the design institute, the contractor, etc.;
协助项目团队，参与各方沟通，包括业主、设计院和总包等；
3. Take part in the technical clarification and query in tendering phase;
参与招投标阶段的技术澄清和答疑；
4. Take part in business coordination, technical guidance, supervision and handover during the site management;
参与项目的现场管理、商务协调、技术指导、监督及验收；
5. Corporate with other majors, work out the feasible construction plan according to the variations and instruct the site work.
根据项目的变更内容，与各专业配合形成合理的施工方案，以指导现场工作。
