1.Conduct monthly cycle count and ensure high accuracy of stock management.
2.Ensuring warehouse is performing goods issue and good receipt on time in the system. Providing the materials to production based on the production schedule, and performing goods receipt of the raw material and finished product in the system.
3.To ensure the team enter the data to ERP system in time.
4.Continuous improvement mentality and ensure the warehouse is abiding to these principles: First In First Out, 5S, Labeling, 5.Clear Work Instruction, continuous training to the team, Safety First.
6.Experience in management raw material, machine tooling, finished product etc.
7.Responsible for picking, packing and dispatching the delivery.
8.Regular reporting to respective party or superior should the raw material in fall below the requirement, raw material does not receive on time, over stock of finished product.
9.Ensure safety first and effective operation on loading or unloading.
10.Provide stock analysis report, warehouse management by location and other reports as per required by Management.

Requirements:
1.College degree or above.
2.5 years experience or above on warehouse management.
3.Experience in ISO-9001 requirement and using Kingdee ERP system.
4.Good English and literature in computer.
5.Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
6.Ability to communicate with all levels, team work driven.
7.If got forklift driving license would be best.
