Reporting to Production Support Manager, the Equipment engineer is responsible for continuous improvement for process, equipment maintain, Co-work with production team and drive improvement and ensure a stable, high quality mass production.
该职位汇报给设备部主管，负责制程的持续改进、设备的维护、跟生产部门合作改进以确保达到稳定、优质地量产。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责：
? Continuous analysis& improvement of process and equipment.
对制程和设备进行持续分析和改善

? Solve difficult problems of equipment in own area and reduce the down time out of plan.
            解决责任区内生产设备维修、维护工作中的疑难问题，降低计划外Down机时间

? Organize a team and solve shut down issues of molding machines and other machines.
  组建合格的团队，解决注塑机及其他机器设备的当机问题

? Responsible of equipment status and faults analysis, and propose improve measures continuously.
   统计分析设备的状态和故障情况，并不断提出改进优化措施

? Equipment parts and material purchasing according to production plan to make sure in time supply.
   根据生产计划完成备件和耗材物品的采购，保证及时供应

? Analysis and control of the cost of equipment parts and material.
分析备件及耗材的使用情况并有效控制成本

? Cooperate with other related department to solve problems of quality, dumping, efficiency.
配合相关部门及人员解决质量控制、报废率、效率等问题

? Propose, implement and supervise maintaining and improving projects.
提出，实施和监督各类项目的进度和改进

? Know about the store status, follow the in-out stock of repairs. Find improvement measure based on repairs analysis and implement.
掌握相关备件的库存状态，跟踪备件维修的出入库状态。并根据维修记录分析异常原因，给出改善措施并组织实施

? Do the analysis of equipment problems and improvement measures regularly. Solving problems in time and coordinating with equipment suppliers to make sure equipment runs steadily.
定期分析故障原因和改善措施，并于限期内完成负责本区域内设备的疑难故障及协调供应商等外部资源，保证设备正常生产

? Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
始终保持一个安全、整洁的工作环境。

? Understand, follow and enforce all Company rules, expectations and regulations.
了解，遵循并且执行公司所有的规定和规则。

? Perform all other duties as assigned or required by management.
执行由管理层指派或要求所有其他工作。


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
工作经验和学历要求：

? College and above in automatic or electrical control engineering. Be familiar with PLC program.
专科或以上，自动化或电气控制工程，熟悉PLC编程

? 3 years of electrical control engineering. Experiences in cable assembly automatic is preferred.
3年电气控制领域的工程工作经验，有电线装配自动化设备工作经验优先考虑

? Know hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
能够理解工业液压和气动系统

? Know and use production standard/tools include PFD/PFMEA, W/I, equipment operation/maintain manual.
理解和应用日常工作中使用的制造标准/工具，包括：PFD/PFMEA,W/I，设备操作/维护手册

? Be familiar with office software (Word/Excel& AutoCAD)
熟悉办公软件（Word/Excel）和AutoCAD 举报 分享
