职位描述：
职责：
1、人员发展
-确保车间的安全/ 5S；
-负责楼层纪律，确保员工遵守公司政策；
-负责质量控制，废品和缺陷的减少和改进；
2、价值创造
-监控库存水平和订单状态；
3、客户满意度
-确保WI是持续版本。 .
-确保员工遵守WI /控制计划，操作程序等。
-确保顺利交接；
4、义务
-支持ISO9000／ISO14000／18000和其他系统在工厂中的实施；
-确保PPE正确地提供给同事，并确保同事穿着PPE。
5、部门经理安排的其他工作。

要求：
1、至少5年工作经验
2、橡胶或塑料挤出相关专业
3、熟悉如何控制车间
4、团队合作精神和领导能力 .
5、熟悉ISO9000或TS16949或ISO14000标准。
