职位描述：
1.Understand and follow each step of the process for Sports shoe manufacturing.

2.Ensure quality of products manufactured from protos, fit&pp sample stage to final inspection and ensure customer satisfaction.

3.Co-ordinate with QAM and QA regarding quality, fit and measurements and ensure smooth flow of production.

4.Check and reconfirm accuracy of samples prior to dispatch to office/customer tech to ensure first time approval.

5.Handling multiple factories and provide solutions and options to ease production.

6.Obtain approval for cost effective and feasible methods and options.

7.Deal with Independent quality auditors and technicians for necessary for quality,measurement and technical related issues and ensure to delivery customer required levels.

8.Manage a smooth and workable time and action plan with the customer to develop business.

9.Working on prices with multiple factories and price break-downs to ensure best possible prices.

10.Manage a smooth workable relationships with current factories to develop business and ensure smooth execution of orders as well as source and develop newer factory base.

11.Should have thorough knowledge about sports shoes measurements and production.

12.English proficiency is must to handle day to day buyer communications.

13.Writing well drafted e-mails to customers.

14.Must have skills in examining and establishing proper quality operations and procedures.

15.Having experience of working in China or Chinese factories or Chinese technicians.

16.Should have ideas about effective communication for raw materials,booking and delivery.

17.Production Monitoring as per T&A.
