职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Secure proper implementation / follow up of the HSE system for the company
确保并跟进HSE体系的实施
2. Arrange safety training, train the organization in respect of HSE knowledge, active use of the HSE system / put focus on the importance of doing continuous improvement.
组织安全培训，培训组织HSE知识，积极使用HSE体系，并把重点放在持续改进的重要性上。
3. Through internal audit ,secure that the company works according to defined HSE processes / routines.
通过内部审核，确保公司按照定义的HSE程序和程序进行工作
4. Coordinate , follow up accident / near miss reports according to valid routines.
协调和跟进事故及完成相应报告
5. Plan, conduct, report / follow up HSE audits (internal/external) at local company.
计划，实施，汇报及更近内外部HSE审核。
6. Preparation / follow up of HSE applications to local municipal / authorities.
准备及跟进与市政当局相关的HSE事项
7. Secure yearly HSE plan / reports for the company
负责年度HSE计划及报告
8. Organize monthly safety meeting / report.
组织月底安全会议及准备报告。
9. Other tasks assigned.

Job Requirements:
1. More than 3-year experience in HSE function, especially in mass production (ship industry / others).
2. Junior college / above
3. strong coordination / communication skills internal / external, ability to deal with HSE issues adhere to the principle of strong sense of responsibility.
4. Skilled use of Pack Office software: Excel, world, PowerPoint.
5. Familiar with the ISO14001 system requirements.
6. To be responsible / ability to work in team
