职位描述：
Responsibility for the position:
? Lead / manage production team to fulfill the key indicators: safety, delivery, quality, cost & efficiency;
? Direct / coordinate daily activities (production planning, processes, budget), with consistent weekly & monthly reporting;
? Hiring, training, performance evaluation , discipline of employee supervised;
? Keep seamless communication with other department (such as Technical, Purchasing, Quality & warehouse);
? Compliance with all relevant legal, agreed internal standards/procedures;
? Maintain 5S, TPM , continuous improvement programs;
? Other relevant functions/tasks given by superior

Requirements for the position:
 Majored in Mechanic
Minimum 5 years of production management in MNCs.
Familiar with welding standards in shipbuilding or heavy industry (LSA regulations is a plus);
Good knowledge for CNC machining and cutting tools
Fluent in oral \ written English;
Good communication skills, promotion & strong execution power;
Proactive \ responsibility-sense;
Good at MS Office, SAP \ AX systems. 举报 分享
