职位描述：
1. Purchase production related raw materials, semi-manufactured products,ensuring on time delivery and quality, and deal with relevant customer complaint with oversea and domestic suppliers. （ raw materials,labels, equipments......)
采购生产相关原材料，半成品，确保准时交货及其质量，与国内外供应商一同处理客诉（原材料，半成品标签，设备等）
2. Purchase supplementary materials，components，finished products and trade items and handle maintenance services(packing raw materials, production parts，tooling, printers, printer head, lifter…)
采购生产辅助材料，配件，成品及商品并且处理其维修保养（包装材料，生产配件，生产碑刀,打印机，打印头，行车......）
3. In accordance with internal sales requirements, cooperate with suppliers and provide solutions for new projects.
根据内销要求，与供应商合作，提供新项目解决方案。
4. Deal with all outsourcing projects and maintenance. 处理外包项目的开发及维护。
5. Sourcing for alternative suppliers and negotiation for best price while maintain the quality
开发新供应商，在保持质量的基础上降低采购价格
6. Set up, maintain and evaluate the supplier and update material database.
建立，维护并评估供应商，更新材料数据库
7. Localization of imported materials and achieve the cost reduction target
进口材料本地化，达到降本目标
8. Other tasks assigned by manager
