职位描述：
1. Work closely with Tianda Finance Team to get familiar with Tianda organization, processes, Kingdee system and financial reporting.
2. Communicate with SSC China to get familiar with processes, reporting and internal controls other Vallourec China entities are following.
3. Draft proposals to CFO China on how to align Tianda to Vallourec standard.
4. Coordinate with Tianda Finance Team to implement Vallourec standard related with accounts receivables, including: backlog, open receivables list, due list, customer grading, monthly AR report, credit control.
5. Coordinate with Tianda Finance Team to implement Vallourec standard related with accounts payables, including: open payable list, due list, 3 way matching, payment control and authorization.
6. Coordinate with Tianda Finance Team to implement Vallourec standard related with Treasury: cash flow management, hedging, bank reconciliation and accounts management, elimination of petty cash, etc.
7. Coordinate with Tianda Finance Team to implement other internal control standards: like segregation of duties.
8. Mapping of functions / organization in Tianda.
9. Make proposals to upgrade Team and/or for a lean organization to make savings.
