职位描述：
a. Setting up new PC’s and laptops using operating system image files
使用系统镜像文件安装台式机和笔记本
b. Working in a terminal server environment
熟悉终端电脑（瘦客户机）工作环境
c. Managing updates to PC’s and laptops from Microsoft, anti-virus vendors and other third parties
管理微软系统，病毒软件及其它第三方软件的升级
d. Familiarity with bar code scanning technology both handhelds and printers
熟悉手持条码扫描抢及打印机技术
e. Managing Active Directory ie. users, group policy, domain membership, OU management, NTFS permissions
管理活动目录（AD）.如账户，组策略，域成员关系，组织单元，NTFS权限
f. Setting up printers
打印机设置
g. Troubleshooting print issues, ie. spooler, fonts, maintenance kits, toner
打印机问题解决，如脱机，字体调整，更换耗材
h. Managing our Exchange server environment ie. Creating mailboxes, forwarding email, deleting mailboxes, setting voice mail
管理Exchange邮件服务器，如创建邮箱，邮件转发，邮箱删除，语音邮件设置
i. Network troubleshooting ie. network outage, patching printers and PC’s to the network, setting IP addresses on printers
网络管理维护，如网络中断，设置打印机和电脑连接，设置打印机IP地址
j. Setting up telephones and telephone extensions, fax machines on a Cisco Call Manager
通过Cisco Call Manager设置电话及传真
k. network infrastructure device installation/configuration maintenance (cisco)

岗位要求
1. Read/Writes English, Speaks English Preferred;
具备熟练的英文读写，口语流利优先
2. Prefer manufacturing experience in a multi-location environment Speaks English Preferred;
有在使用英语环境的跨国工厂工作经验优先
3. CCNA/CCNP Certified Entry Network Technician preferred;
有CCNA或者CCNP网络认证的优先
4. China IDC management;
中国区的数据中心管理
5. Experience in supporting CISCO IP Phone System / Outlook;
丰富的CISCO电话系统及Outlook支持经验
6. Experience of Windows server 2008-2012
熟悉windows server 2008 或 windows server 2012系统配置
7. Experience in end user support, Track tasks in a centralized IT Service Request database;
丰富的终端用户支持经验，通过IT服务系统管理IT需求，直到问题解决
8. Willing to travel at short notice and willing to accept a travel rate of 30% as required;
能够接受每年30%比率的国内短期出差
9. Good communication skills with different levels of people
