职位描述：
Essential Requiriments:
- At least three year experience in production management, prefer in machine dominated shop
- Lean manufacturing experience will be a plus
- Good leadership, ownership and team work spirit
- Good communication skill. Open, creative and health
- Knowledge of IRIS is preferred

Main Tasks:
- Assist Production Manager oversees production daily operation carry out effectively and orderly.
- Arrange and allocate adequate resources, as well to adjust to perform assembly according to committed schedule
- Monitor and control overall performance of production shop to within pre-determined productivity, quality and efficiency standard.
- Responsible for on-time delivery of committed work orders.
- Accountable for product quality, process efficiency was conforming to per-determined standard.
- Responsible for manpower control to adapt to the market change
