职位描述：
Responsibility：
1.customer complaint tracking，make on site decision like sorting，repairing
2.coordinate quality concerns between IPQC, OQC and customer（QC to close improvement projects）
3.represent customer to have internal（process auditing & product auditing）
Criteria:
1.good inter personal and communication skills,objective,oriented，working style
2.minimum 3 years'customer quality working experience in sheet metal fabrication or welding
3.strong knowledge about 8D method,FMEA，FTA,QC tools
4.ISO 9001,14001，EHS knowledge & experience will be a plus
