职位描述：
1.Ensuring that processes needed for IATF 16949:2016 standard are implemented and maintained.
确保过程中按照IATF16949:2016体系标准实施执行
2.Reporting to management representative on the performance of QSE management systems and need for improvement.
向管理层汇报质量管理和需要改进的相关事项
3.Translating documents
翻译体系文件
4.Responsible for liaison with external parties（consulting, certification units, local government,, etc）on matters relating to QSE management system
负责与外部各方的联络工作（咨询、认证单位、地方政府等）等有关QSE管理事项
5.Conduct internal audit and follow up corrective action（system audit, workstation audit...）
进行内部审核并跟踪其纠正措施（体系审核，审计等…）
6.External audit preparation, implementation and follow up
外部审计准备、实施和跟进
7.Customer audit relating to QSE management systems
客户审核相关QSE管理
任职要求Criteria：
1.Fluent English
流利的英语
2.Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
较强的沟通、表达能力、人际交往能力和组织能力
3.Good experience on Quality System
丰富的质量体系工作经验
4.Ability to conceptualize，analyze，plan and organize projects
良好的构思、分析能力、计划和组织能力
5.Reasoning skills for problem identification and resolution
问题识别和解决的推理技巧
6.Knowledge and ability to understand and apply process audit principles
知识、理解和应用过程审计原则的能力
7.Computer literate, able to utilize MS Office Suite
计算机熟练，能熟练使用微软办公软件
8.Must excel at working in a team environment
