职位描述：
1．组织制订、修订生产车间的相关规章制度和作业程序标准，经批准后监督执行。
To organize and modify relevant regulations and procedures of the production workshop, and supervise the implementation after approval
2．组织实施车间生产计划
Organize and implement workshop production plan：
（1）根据生产计划，组织切割、折弯、焊接和喷涂四个部门制定详细的生产（日）作业计划；
According to the production plan, organize the detailed production (day) operation plan of cutting, bending, welding&grinding, painting dept
（2）负责按计划组织、安排生产工作，确保生产进度；
Responsible for organizing and arranging production according to plan , ensuring production schedule;
（3）合理调配人员和设备，调整生产布局和生产负荷，提高生产效率。
Reasonable deployment of personnel and equipment, adjust the production layout and production load, improve production efficiency
3．生产过程管理Production process management
（1）主持生产车间（周）例会，全面协调车间工作；
Lead regular meeting of production workshop (week), coordinate workshop work in full;
（2）对生产作业过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制，保证生产质量；
Supervise and guide the process of production, and control the quality of production to ensure the quality of production;
（3）监督检查生产车间的工作，确保车间的各项工作按照要求进行；
Supervise and guide the process of production, Ensure that the work of the workshop is carried out as required;
（4）参与产品质量问题的分析，并协助车间主管（班长）制定并实施纠正和预防措施；
Participate in the analysis of product quality problems, and assist the workshop supervisor to formulate and implement corrective and preventive actions;
4．生产现场管理Production site management：
（1）完善建立现场管理制度，并指导培训现场管理知识；
Perfect site management system, Guide training field management knowledge
（2）推进5S现场管理制度，实现生产车间标准化管理；
Promote 5S site management system, Standardized production workshop management
（3）按时考核车间员工的5S执行情况，实施奖惩，确保制度得到落实。

5．车间生产安全管理Workshop safety management：
（1）负责落实企业各项生产安全制度，开展经常性安全检查；

（2）控制关键要害部位，杜绝安全隐患，防止安全事故的发生；
Control key parts, eliminate hidden dangers and prevent accidents;
（3）定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业。

6．车间生产成本控制Workshop production cost control：
（1）统计分析车间每日的生产情况，寻求改善，提高生产效率；

（2）统计分析车间的成本消耗，制定可操作性成本控制措施
Statistic and analyze workshop cost, formulate feasible cost control measures。
7．其他工作Other work：
（1）责协调与其他相关部门的关系
Responsible for coordinating with other related departments；
（2）及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通，解决生产过程发生的突发事件；
Communicate with superiors and other departments in time to resolve unexpected incidents during production
（3）完成领导交办的其他任务。
